So they've raised $626k total (less fees?) including SPP.
Original placement announcement was placement completed for $977k
Then stashed in the half yearly was subscriptions had been reduced to $863k with only half of that had been received thus far but to be received March 15.
I would think this is material to the SP and the market should be properly informed.
They might not have enough to see to the end of June. If they cant fill the shortfall soon, they'll be staring down the barrel of a 1c + options raise.
