I hadn't noticed that myself thats pretty bad, it's now 3 months later and they had $600k liabilities to pay on the books and estimated additional $1.7mill spend for the quarter coming up.

While technically they might still have money in the bank right now cause they may not have paid these bills yet, I don't see how right now payables aren't above cash according to the companies own figures.

I don't see how a capital raise is avoidable in any scenario, they go deeper and hit they need to raise, they blank before the next hole from a risk point of view they have to raise or the company could completely fold on another blank, if they can't raise funds it's too risky not to raise.
