yeah that was my thinking as well, i seem to remember reading that loans would be required to be repaid if and when a CR of over $2mil was completed but can’t find that anywhere and read so many company reports may have my stocks crossed (wouldn’t be the first time)
Fits with their modus operandi that they would just slip that into a 3B with out any more info.
