Agree with you Lav, and that's probably why there were some Director changes. The current board did what it needed to do to get the deal closed, and I believe they have some options open to them as Simonmentioned on his interview.

A few shareholders are disappointed and I can understand that, but I believe they will get a better finance/equity deal away in this 75 days as this is a great asset and I am buying again today.

If they do it , I expect a multiplier return, if not, there will be further downside
