Yeah fair enough, I have trouble understanding exactly what he is talking about at times.

But got the gist of it that he was referencing the most recent 3b and the 105,450,000 issued to Advisers, Consultants and Services... to me its not 100% clear if the 44,700,000 would fall under that or not (lets hope so as I guess its a service?)

Even if it does, it begs the question what the other 60 mil ($1.1 mil) in shares were for.... thats a lot of 'Advising, Consulting and Services'.
