Just Reviewing this 3b and to me it does not seem appropriate to slip this one share batch in as a totalled amount, like the 105,450,000 lot if its not going to a single entity which it appears it's not. Just doesn't cut it i believe.
I think the lot amounts should be listed separately.
A amendment notice justified methinks.

Methinks it would be a lot simpler as it should be to cross reference if the loan Magna for example were in fact issued the/a loan 'commitment fee' and that being equivalent to 44,700,000mil via shares apparently. Gee that adds up to a lot of money if on sold onto the market, just for a establishment fee is another close name i spose if my understanding is somewhat correct , so is it therefore around a staggering 10% fee on the total amount lent to VEC over and above the other cost just for that privilege ?
