Its a bit mad calling for change right now don't ya think? Kinda like sending an army out to do battle, watching the slaughter, waiting until things are finely balanced then calling back your commander, knifing him in the back, replacing him and hoping to win the fight.
I agree with some of your reasoning but in reality it would be a silly move, for example BB will have built a rapport with SKI. If AUZ are to stand any chance of clearing the next few hurdles then they need status quo, not turmoil.
