Given the dramatic decline in shareholder value far exceeding the otherwise headwinds impacting the Co/NI segment of Australian miners, I am moving to the camp of folks that seek a Board and perhaps management reshuffle. Shareholder value has eroded dramatically and a string of “positive “ announcements have simply failed to instil and confidence within the large set of retail shareholders . 75 % erosion in share value in the last 12 months is dramatic by any standard and the impact on the retail shareholder base is significant . The present day value is but a reflection of no confidence . The Board must take responsibility , especially the Chair . It is time for change ..it is time for the Co to be led professionally.

I am a long time fundamentalist ..I believe in the industry and I believe in the opportunity that AUZ has ..But I don’t believe in this Board.

Let us call for change before we cross the 2 C threshold and languish sub 2 C for the next few years on the back of hope and little progress.
