I admit it does concern me there is no commentary around why these are issue. Not that I'm worried about the SP but dilution without any disclosed reasoning isn't great practice. Shareholders should be informed as to why they are being diluted.
Hopefully there is an announcement on the way and they've chosen to disclose this within it.
