majority SH getting cash and good % of minority SH already in the kitty. DW and other internal played smart move early 2018 by selling good amount of shares... then by selecting LIFX where minority SH overlapping some of BUD investors. sell will surly go through.
price going down is good for us old holders. can buy LIFX & BUD cheaper then what DW and their minority holder will buy in for. also don't forget majority SH still be buying more in March as they get most of Cash.
