    That's all 100% speculation Handy.

It does have some logic to it, but when you hold it up next to some pertinent facts to me it seems unlikely to be the reason. Some of these are the facts that we had a drill plan ready to go for Cancet, which we were going to conduct just prior to the campaign at Adina last year.  When Dynavolt were looking like pulling out of their investment  based on their due diligence I believe the company stated that Cancet drill campaign would be delayed to mid last year. We already had the funds for Adina and more besides. Then bcc did invest $1.8m and signed an agreement on the Deed of Novation that stated their money was to be spent primarily on Cancet, including further drilling and a scoping study from memory. This has not occurred but we haven't heard of any complaint from BCC or that they've initiated any legal action against the company for breaking that agreement.

There must be a reason why we stopped progressing Cancet as planned and BCC hasn't complained. They haven't sold out of the company either to the best of my knowledge.

There is a woefully under reported legal challenge to MTC claims at Cancet. For all I know that could be the reason we aren't drilling that ore body. That may be why we haven't yet conducted that campaign originally designed for over 12 months ago. Perhaps we aren't allowed to, by order of the court until the matter is resolved.  Perhaps instead it could be against the law for us to drill a claim of which ownership is being contested. Or perhaps we don't want to spend money on something that might not belong to us. If somebody is attempting to hold our claim to ransom then the company may have decided to play a long waiting game until they accept any offer put to them to settle the matter. Alternatively It could be a native title claim, or an environmental claim of some description. We just don't know because we haven't been told. Who challenged our claim and under what legislation? Is there a rare insect population in the vicinity perhaps?

There's nothing wrong with ChairFace's speculation, but I consider it unlikely to be the reason we delayed that drill campaign over a year ago and haven't been back to drill again yet while BCC plays a quiet and patient waiting game very much in the background.
