What's going on with all these options and performance rights, can't these guys keep things simple?

There will be 7 million options exercised by June, and 1,078,125 that will probably lapse in July.

These June options provide about $672k for the company.

I expect the next step is more options and performance rights for 2022, I'd say probably at 30c to 35c, for approval at the next meeting.
I'm sure the remuneration committee is working hard.
