Turning $3,000,000 into $2,300,000 at a $700,000 Loss, is not the smartest investing in my opinion!
Does anyone here disagree?
nro I'm not quiet sure as to what you are jumping up and down about. This placement was announced back on Feb 1, and now someone IMO is stupid enough to pay a 30% premium to further an already diluted company. A company that has raised and announced its concerns of having the ability to keep its doors open, but of course you would already know that.
The UNDENIABLE FACT is that the company's announced estimated cash outflows for this 1/4 to the tune of $8,655,000 and so far they can only account for $4,500,000 to cover.
So a shortfall of $4,155,000 for the 1/4
ATM NTU are proving that they have no viable business plan without a money tree, and they're still trying to find it!
Excluding Lind, I roughly calculate that NTU are in debt to the tune of $37,000,000 atm
