My understanding- They sell and 2,500,000 is supplied to Highbury in "Tranches" as mentioned in release. My call is Buyer achieved - partial allocation. Signing of contract/intent to purchase and deposit paid- partial allocation Legals and any clauses sorted and Govt approvals- partial allocation Total payment and deal done - total allocation/remainder at said sale price between $1.10 -$2.00. Something like the above anyway, but AM27 you could also be right. What this deal does tell me is a good sign of confidence? Hang tight as soon as I hear will post.
