That explains the selling, I had trouble understanding why the original owners didn't sell Feb '18 when the price was much stronger and the bulk of their shares came out of escrow, yet on face value they appeared to be selling now, albeit relatively small parcels compared to their holdings.
Amazing how short sighted these receivers of the early broker & promotional shares are. A profit's a profit I suppose.
On Feb 5 last year, the company issued 250,000 options with a strike price of 70c expiring June 30 this year, under the company's incentive plan. They will be keen to get the sp above 70c over the coming months.
Good buy depth atm, a buyer for 3.1m shares and at the last traded price. I suppose a bargain is a bargain.
