I can't talk about this particular event as I wasn't involved.
From experience in the past, if you paid on Tuesday, the money would have cleared for them on Thursday, and the options converted today. I would allow another 2 trading days for them to appear in my CommSec before I was concerned. So Tuesday for online brokers.
If you use an actual broker rather than one of the online ones, I'd be on the phone if they aren't there by Monday afternoon.
