    @paulgf
    Things are changing rapidly with our options, eg: Ore sorting.
    I don't think any can ignore the features and capabilities of this technology.
    To take this from The Hedgeless Horseman-
    "3 g/t average material running through an ore sorter that captures 80% of the gold with a 1% mass pull pukes out 240 g/t material... 0.3% mass pull pukes out 800 g/t material... Pilbara is VERY unconventional indeed.
    Depending on the volume capabilities of the Tomra, to accomodate 2000 tonnes per day at a 1% pull rate, would require a 200,000 tonnes per day mining operation."

    To put that another way, it means that we will only be processing 1% of the material that is graded

    ( conglomerate if graded ) at 3g/t. So the material processed by the Tomra could be 240g/t material after sorting that can then be processed through the plant which will need much less crushing and no flotation until later when the sulphide material can be processed.

    Now we can apply that to the Granite and set the parameters of the Tomra to pick up finer gold.

    Toweranna is Granite and I imagine that we will be including it in early operations with the ability to sort the waste and only process the material containing the goods. No waste processed.
    Newcrest are now reassessing their Ore sorting to increase their profits.

    I expect lots of changes in the plant design and pit optimisation coming up and possibly the Tomra added to the mix to enable early max profits and allow additions to the circuit as cash flow allows.

    I also expect to see a very different pfs than would have been if it came out in the first week of Jan as per schedule and did not include Conglomerate.

    I also expect to see changes to the processing of the sulphide ore as a similar waste reduction can be applied by flotation to reduce the processing of waste and increase the grade of the material put through the plant.

    This is why the underground is now being included in the pfs and will be expected later than scheduled.

    Just food for thought when your trying to come up with aisc or profitability.

    Kind regards, Wack.
