It doesn't.
However, with around six weeks to go its looking less likely that all the tails are going to be converted to heads. Why convert when it's looking like it's better/easier to sell oppies and use the funds to buy heads in a falling market. It makes more sense to acquire heads this way rather than through excising the options.
Irrational considering the size and quality of the deposit.
