Ha Ha good one.
Have picked up options for the first time this week (ever), have never been sure of the process of converting them so have just stayed with heads all along but at a few points this last week they looked like a bargain so now have 400k to work out what I'm going to do with?
I'm guessing if I get in contact with AVL I'll be directed on how I go about converting them if I go that way.

It has been a most interesting period this last few weeks.
The amount of 500k & 1M sell orders that keep getting moved around as in returned to the back of the list so as to remain in place to hold pressure on the sell down is very educational.
All I can say to anyone that's like myself, (still learning the trade) if you keep a close eye on the list you will see when the orders come off signalling a return to normality, with maybe a little bump upwards.
A bit like the opening and closing auctions. Use the system to your advantage don't fight it.
Just remember the fundamentals haven't changed. that's the most important thing for me.
