Maybe they will hold off from the next raising until they have actually made progress. I wonder how BSP is enjoying the Shaanmei leases.
I was very excited when I read about the BSP partnership. Would have been so easy for them to throw us a bone, and let the company advance. Would have made them money. The situation just makes no sense - to me.
