They surmised that should BHP have bought similar number of shares on open market it would have had to pay a heck of a lot more. NM, though his slight of hand, has achieved even more and I am not convinced he has actually paid for all of them.....hence the no release. He has picked a greater percentage of AJQ than BHP knowing all the ins and outs of company, together with soon after post CR release information concerning drilling results and new leases being awarded, (him being the CEO of DGR, AJQ, SOLG, etc.). This is how he manipulates the markets and steadily increases his own holdings. Too much power of influence.
