I don't know ,some companies make it difficult for drunks to read the annual report.....it appears we have a class of shares called contributing shares ,300,252,600 million issued at the latest rights issue ,issue price $0.00,with a total amount of .027 per share payable,12months ...009,second call 24 months,.009 and 36 months .009....a total of over 8million cash...indeed one director has over 67 million of these shares...so has a legal liability been created to make this payment or can you just pass it in when the call is made for nil liability......I have none ,however the company needs to tell us about this class of contributing shares....anyhow I will have a look at the rights issue documentation...
