what i really want to know, is when the games are over, when they have sufficient cash to get on with it, without someone behind the curtains with a good reason to dump it, to make it a bet on value growth, without being knee capped.

can the project finance? discount ? get enough to pay out or return the coupon to the note holder ? and CR also requires a discount, but a larger sum to get project finance?

what im saying, is that one way or the other, they need to remove to overhead clouds, the manipulators, that keep the script flip, raining discount from suppressing the value recognition .


Until then, retail will get gun shy, why stick your head out of the trenches, to get it shot off. ie sentiment, overhang supply.
