Finally we are closer than ever ( I've been in since Len Walker Cougar days) to finally moving beyond a spec and into production and proven resources.
Sure we have been through a great deal of interesting situations... definitely learning experiences we will carry forward into our future investing.
But this company and management have a long way to go. The next 12 months will be proof of that.
Investing in the share market is where you put your profits and forget about them. Not where you make your initial money.
If you are here for the quick buck then over time you will be burned. Sure you may hit a couple of 10 bathers. But generally not. It will all balance out.
The ASX compared to housing over the last 40 yrs (actually forever) has out performed. But it is a long term investment.
I don't sell my house because there is a free way being planned. I think about the future industrial site or medium density opportunities in the future.
We have proven assets in the ground. We have an expert team in place and the emerging economics and markets will require what we surely have access to.
This is a no brainer .
No need to scare munger every time we have a non dilution capital raising.
My open question to people here is.... at what price are you selling???
4 cents to break even.
10 cents to have a holiday.
30 cents to but your boat.
In 10 yrs time this company could have sold assets, divesified into emerging tech. Bought an unproven lease and discovered any amount of anything.
Don't invest more than you are willing to lose and relax when it doesn't all go full stream up. It is all part life.
Me..... I'll be holding most until 2030 ish.
In the meantime I will sell a few to fund my boat when I want the capital gain. And other than that..... take a pinch of salt from blogs forums and the likes as bedtime reading
With management so heavily invested ..... let's all good hands and enjoy the ride cause I am sure as sh#t positive that in 5 years time the price of MRV will be no where near 1 cent.
