they wouldn't be pushing this back so their money will last till nearer to Nov-Dec 2019 so the oppies get in the money and they don't need to raise again---drag it out till say Oct-Dec 2018 then ann't a ball buster of an acquisition which will tickle the oppies along------- just my fertile imagination bubbling away here making to sense at all.
