I'd agree with the "pump and dump" if it were any other company, but with this one, so tightly held and controlled, to me all the signs are that it is more like a struggle to hold the price up between themselves. Tiny trades at rare intervals for instance.
Not sure why you'd consider it at under 0.007, or any other price for that matter, nothing there, never has been by the sounds of it.
