A couple of things:
POG is AUD1740 not $1300
More importantly, do you think it will cost $7000 to mine and process 1 tonne of rock? You assumed an AISC of $700 for 1oz which is $7000 a tonne for 10oz dirt. More likely to be $70/oz than 700.
