Personally, I sell a stock when the downside risks are palpable and the chances of the stock bagging again are fading, or a better opportunity can't be ignored.
I can't see myself ever selling out completely because it's a SHG gold stock which limits the downside, there will always be exploration upside, continuous reserve upgrades and production ramp ups and massive dividends once we're mining in earnest. I reckon I'll struggle to find a better opportunity for a couple of years at least.
Initially production will be haulage\mill-constrained, but the profits will de-bottleneck production so as the bottlenecks are removed production will step up and costs per ounce will become almost negligible which means profits and dividends will constantly increase.
