Hey @JoeGambler, the options are a bonus on top of the bonds. The bondholder will still get thier principal back even if they convert thier options. However, they'll have to pay ~$1.30 per option to convert them.
The announcement you quoted is just saying that they have excluded a potential extra source of funding. With a 45% gain to be made from converting the options id expect pretty close to 100% conversion.
