Geez Faldi and Co did alright out of that tiny $500k CR - issued themselves (Otsana) shares and oppies worth about $100k. I shouldn't be surprised, but it still gives me the $hits when directors hand out shares to themselves like confetti. I wonder if they need to declare a change of director's interest given they are partners at Otsana.
