Real sure that the Con Note holders sleep so much better at night with the knowledge that their money is now safely secured against these highly invaluable, newly issued shares that can’t currently be traded AND more than likely will never be tradeable again.

This one needs to be put down now....enough is enough. Management to be scrutinised for their business practices and an independent audit sanctioned.

Stating the obvious here - something seriously stinks and it should not be allowed to simply waft away. The decomposing of this carcass needs a thorough autopsy.
