That company producing the milk, 'Innovative Argo Industries', is producing the milk for PNG, in PNG.
Doesn't say how big their farm/s is.
For all we know it maybe a couple cows on their back lawn.
It could be a Pacific Dairy subsidiary. After being so successful with their foray into Fiji supplying all their fresh milk needs, they are now taking on the rest of the world ?
Has anyone been past PDF's Australian offices lately to see if they are still alive???
