Perhaps management do not quite understand the meaning of imminent as nothing they have been announcing has come to fruition let alone in an imminent time frame.
Would be of interest as to how much they have forked out on their Binding Heads of Agreement announced on 17/7/2016 with their Fiji counterparts, when they have done zilch with their Aus. projects.

Yes it does sound like a couple of other participants within the agri space one of which is similar in the fact that the shareholding(with management and their associates) have a monopoly and unacceptable control of any voting process.
