I don't know who they were issued to - I do know that they were issued to recipients as repayment of loans made to the company as announced in the 3b. That's on record.

I would have thought a sub holder notice should be forthcoming considering they have been issued 10% of the company in stock ? Anyway, who knows what is going on....
