    Yes, suspension is based on requirement to recomply with chapters 1 and 2 - due to change of operations around farm acquisition....

    So they need private funds to buy the farms...recomply, then accompany that with a retail / Insto / Soph placement.

    Chances of all this coming together with no funds in hand, no revenue stream and less than desirable sentiment ? You know the answer to that...
