yes they have 28 days, but I wonder if Idx asking for amendments means the target hasn’t actually received the bid, so the clock hasn’t started yet? Not sure of these nuances ....
Anyway whatever is happening it is annoying and I wish we had some info!
The IDX shareholders wanting more cash sound a bit greedy. So CAJ is being rejected, but they should forego opportunities just in case IDX decides to deign to take up the offer. Next they will be complaining if CAJ pays a divvy as that should go them as well......
