If 1400km between NTU plant and Darwin is all you have then you've got nothing but froth. Maybe in NZ or where ever you are its a long way to drive but in Northern WA/NT the return trip is a day's drive. And is not like carting low value iron ore by road on a daily basis and have to worry about fuel costs, if it was an issue they would use Wyndham to ship the ore out. If Lynas Mt Weld is anything to go by, and seeing how the manager there jumped ship to NTU is going to be similarly set up, NTU will only send a few shipments per year.
