Actually they probably couldn't. In Aus grease monkeys are mechanics and the only mechanics on site are there to maintain the vehicles. The people installing the modules would be riggers, boilermakers and fitters before the electric work is completed by sparkies.
By referring to grease monkeys it only confirms my suspicions that you are clueless when it comes to processing plants and the closest you ever came to one was when you looked at one on the glossies or googled for pics of one.
See what happens when you jump to conclusions ?
I made the reference to IO for your benefit seeing how clueless you are about processing plants. Up to the milling stage there is little difference between most processing plants irrespective of mineral mined and this is the part that takes the longest to complete.
Most of the beneficiation stage like thickener tanks , spirals and air driers are also common on IO plants so other then minuscule recovery rates of RE there is very small differences between the two. I also worked on Ni, Cu, V plants which are even closer to a RE plant then IO but mentioning them would have only confused you further. Did I mention the 3 Al refineries and the 2 mineral sands plants at Doral that I worked on where they produce titanium minerals ? LOL
Looks like it is you who wandered into something you don't understand and reading glossies will only take you so far. Its nice that you learned a few things along the way reading up on stuff while waiting for Lynas to recover but I suggest you visit a few processing plants if you can so you get an idea of what you talking about.
As for your constant claims that you have some sort of exclusive info from "experienced guys" in the industry to support your claims I call BS on that.
