Majority of your comments here are about other posters which is a clear indication your out of your depth.
My POV is that the NTU business plan is not viable. Never has been and never will be IMO. I have developed a pretty good understanding of the RE sector and NTU over the years which is why I post here so much. Always thought NTU business plan was a dud and will see it through posting here until the end. Not long to go now IMO. Has nothing to do with hate or rubbing it in or making myself feel better.
You can attempt to misrepresent other posters views as much as you want, wont change the facts and inevitable outcomes.
