My POV has always been that NTU would never be a viable business, a remote low grade deposit totally dependent on the false economics of DyO, @ $170kg virtually everything I've written here is vindicated, in spades.
Your experience as a grease monkey counts for nothing, IF the plant operates it will be so far out of the money, with a low grade concentrate, predicated on a single element that is in gross oversupply, and largely being written out of NdFeB in any meaningful quantities.
Could I suggest you enroll somewhere Economics 1.01, you may find it enlightening.
