Do you have the vaguest concept of the chasm between "completes the plant" and getting it to steady state, actually producing a saleable product?
Not forgetting the OpEx thru this phase, particularly trucking reagent 1400klm, plus diesel, etc.
The last, colourful but rather fuzzy, business metrics provided go back nearly 3yrs, and were based on a laughable US$684kg for Dy and an unknown value for all other RE applied as a magical CoP offset.
Clearly you have no idea of what you have wanders into, without the gonads or smarts to recognise it.
