China put 1440 TONNES of DyO into storage because no one wanted it, HRE facilities are operating ~30% capacity, yet the price continues to fall with oxides, metal & alloy are selling well values 12 months ago.
You are invested in a soon to be obsolete commodity, no OEM would be so stupid.
