    Yep, runway cleared indeed. The gap down to the 20c BSE listing price/CR is already closed. TOU is once again ready to pop on news of reserves upgrade/RFP award I believe. In my opinion reserves upgrade will come first as it reduces risk even further and makes RFP award all the more valid
