Shady my opinion is that Somers and the BOD may have had additional info fro drilling to share with potential investors to fill the oppie shortfall. There is no additional info that's the crux of it because the drilling has come up empty. Imho that's why the SP was holding up around 8c, simply to get the SH to convert or to suck others in. And who may be this sophisticated investor. Did he really stump up or is it a many participants? Who knows what to believe.
