It's all a bit weird squire!

Maybe there is something in that as, after all, it was a prominent professional and sophisticated shareholder that was the only one to come good. Somers couldn't get what they wanted, information-wise?

We now have a major discrepancy between 2 public AUR documents about the issues. One is as per today's ann and the other is as per the finer print in the AGM Notice page 25. Now that we have today's news, it can be easily inferred that the AGM Notice was clearly wrong (x 2 in fact) as it stated that not only had all 15.625m shares issued but also that an App 3B had also issued (on 20/10). This is from a management team that wants us to vote them extremely generous Performance Rights.

Only a second App 3B - for the 6.25m shares - will cancel the inference!
