You are correct. There is no silver bullet. But cloud based solutions with automatic archiving/backup are already good enough. And, these products are receiving massive investment and improving quickly. A sales pitch that ignores this trend is going to fail badly.

An SMB that chooses to use the cloud reduces capex on hardware and IT salaries/fees. They transfer many risks, some of which are security related. They continue to bear many other security risks. If TNT wishes to serve this market, they need to focus on those remaining risks.
