Ann: Appendix 3B, page-2

Just reviewed this 3B and the one issued on the 22/6/17  which are in regards to the purchase of Madden.

There is a difference in the wording in note 6 for the Purpose of use in these as compared to the previous ones.

Does this mean ELK are picking up more of Madden , most probably some of the 10% minority holders as Brad alluded to in the BRR session  .... I think so!

Expecting an announcement soon ... just keeps  getting better and better.
