We did MB, but mostly just to keep TAS a float. In the scheme of things 260K is chump change considering being on 3 boards (possibly 4 through Noble Energy)
260K worth so probably allows the company to run a further 3 months considering about 200K a quarter is needed.
No doubt there will be a amended 3B within the coming days as well.
Previous 3B (3rd May) says there are 70,819,935 options and then after converting 5,182,726 options should leave the option amount at 65,637,209. But someone with fat fingers has made a 3 unit difference (65,637,206).
One wonders though, how Noble will pay the $3m needed for convert EDE options to keep a decent control of Eden. Just doing a few mathematical equations and for Noble to get enough $$ before Sep '18, EDE would need to do a minimum 0.0062 dividend. OK it will cost EDE $7.780m, but in return they will get back $3mill from Noble, so really only costing them $4.780m. But what would the tax implications be to Noble? Would they need more than the 0.0062... all will be revealed within 466 days time.
