As discussed at the time around the float,,,
here it is, expansion if the number of shares on issue, approx. 1PC for nothing to executives who sold the business to punters for $215!
Gotta love the 1980's...oh wait its 2017
Register will continue to expand as they reward themselves over and over with free shares and dilute those who actually stumped up cash....
Wonder how many went to Mr Mcgrath himself
