I Dont understand why you dont ask them yourself (phone or email email) instead of continuing to vent here? I understand we are all pretty well much in the red here, but I dont see how continuing to complain/have digs at management on this forum is going to achieve anything. So if it bothers you this much then why dont you pick up the phone and ask/vent to them. If enough of us do that (as me and a small handful of others havr already done) they may start to get the message. Sorry if I come across bluntly but I just dont see anything productive coming from continuing in this way.
